This secure download contains the NetSuite connector and installation instructions. Carmen’s hosted engine stays in the cloud.

Sivoham completes installation with your authorized NetSuite administrator using SuiteCloud. Downloading the ZIP does not install it. Do not upload the ZIP to NetSuite’s File Cabinet as an installer.

After downloading
- Give the package to your authorized NetSuite administrator or Sivoham installer. Follow the included instructions for the account shown here.
- Install and verify the adapter in Sandbox first.
- Use your separate Carmen connection setup link to save the API credential in NetSuite API Secrets.
- Complete connection and permission checks before activating access.
The download key is separate from your API credential. Keep both private. Your download key expires, and Carmen Operations can replace it if needed.
